As expected, it’s been a slow start to the Idle Experiment.

2 days of filling out surveys has yielded a total of £6.50. Importantly, I answered a ‘special’ survey on Opinion Outpost, where I’ll be given £4.00 to keep track of what I drink over two days – which isn’t bad at all!

Elsewhere, I have been completing the To Do List and answering surveys on Swagbucks, earning pretty consistently from there, but I haven’t been able to make a withdrawal as of yet. The £5 PayPal reward is currently on sale for 800 SB (down from 999 SB), so ideally I’ll be able to get to that before it goes back up.

swagbucks-sale-1024x266 Update 21 July, 2018: A Slow Start The Idle Experiment

I had some issues with Qmee, noticing I wasn’t receiving anything for searches, and wasn’t getting any new surveys. When I went to withdraw the massive £0.18 I had in my piggybank, I got an error. Turns out it wasn’t a problem on my end – I emailed the support team and they replied by the next day. Hopefully now we’ll be able to start earning properly through Qmee!

On FreeBitco.in I’m currently sitting on 0.00001035 BTC, or around £0.06 at today’s prices. It’s nothing to write home about, but as I always say with this one – the slim chance at the jackpot every hour more than makes up for the slow earnings.

So the early days aren’t thrilling. Hopefully, once I start picking up momentum, it’ll get more interesting. Until then, you can expect to see an update post from me every week or so. If you’re following along from Day 1, good luck sticking with it – I’m sorry it’s boring at the moment.
